Livestock Weighted Average Report for 12/4/2025 - Final SPECIAL This Week Last Reported Last Year 11/6/2025 Total Receipts: 1,242 1,269 1,288 Replacement Cattle: 1,242(100.0%) 1,269(100.0%) 1,288(100.0%) Callaway Livestock held their monthly Special Bred Cow/Heifer and Pairs sale Thursday evening with a large crowd on hand. There was a good quality offering bred heifers with couple consignments of Sy-Gen influenced bred heifers all in the 2nd-3rd stage selling with good demand with the bulk of all the heifers selling from 4000.00-4650.00. Several consignments of young bred cows 3-6 yrs most in the 2nd stage selling from 3400.00-4050.00. Several consignments of 1st calf and 2nd calf heifer pairs along with young 3-6 yrs and several groups of short solid and aged pairs all selling with moderate to good demand. Supply included: 100% Replacement Cattle (37% Bred Cows, 29% Bred Heifers, 24% Cow-Calf Pairs, 10% Heifer Pairs).
